Kindred Spirits CBMF Booking Inquiry

Thank you for your interest in a reservation for the CBMF festival. Please read through our policies and then complete the form below (by completing the form you are agreeing to the policies). Only forms submitted after 12:00 am on Nov 1st will be considered. Once you have submitted your form, you will be placed in our booking queue. Someone will contact you regarding our availability in order of submission received (please be patient as this might take us a little bit!).

CBMF Booking Policies

Cottage rentals:  will be for a minimum of five nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights), and cottages will accommodate a maximum of 5 persons (7 persons for the 3 bedroom cottages). 

Room rentals: will be for a minimum of three nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and the rooms will accommodate a maximum of 3 persons except for the economy queen room which has a maximum of 2 people.

Non-refundable deposits:  We will be taking a $500 nonrefundable deposit for our cottages and a $250 nonrefundable deposit on our rooms as of Jan 15, 2024. As of June 1, we will be taking another $500 nonrefundable deposit for the cottages and another $250 nonrefundable deposit for the rooms. The remainder of the balance of your reservation will be taken July 1. 

Cancellations:  Between June 1 and two weeks prior to the reservation, cancellations will still be accepted but no refunds to the deposits will be given. If cancellation occurs later than 2 weeks prior to arrival the guest will be liable for the cost of the entire reservation, unless we are able to rebook the unit, in which case the guest would only incur the deposit charges.  There will be no refunds given for any early departures.

CBMF Important Policies

  • Check-in time for rooms is 3:00pm and cottages is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:30 for all units.

  • All Kindred Spirits grounds, buildings, rooms, cottages and attached decks are non-smoking/vaping (tobacco or cannabis products). Smoking/Vaping is not permitted within 15 feet of any building and must occur at designated smoking area.

  • If your unit smells of tobacco or cannabis on check-out or there is evidence of smoking/vaping having occurred in a unit or on the deck, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.

  • Your credit card to be charged in the event of damage to your unit, furnishings or excessive cleaning requirements.

  • Quiet time is midnight. At all times, noise must be kept at a level that is non-disruptive to other guests.

  • Wrist bands are issued to all Kindred Spirits CBMF guests and must be worn to access our property

  • Alcohol may only be consumed within your unit or on a deck directly attached to your unit.

  • Parking is for registered guests only. Parking passes will be issued

  • Our staff reserves the right to access units for necessary maintenance or if damage or policy breaches are suspected

  • All staff must be dealt with in a respectful, civil manner.

  • Any breach of policy may result in your entire party being asked to leave the property. No refund will be issued.
